Program Details
TLC is a unique 6 month immersion (meeting every other month) that gives individuals time during and between sessions to practice and integrate new insights.
TLC is sparked by the group learning connection that fosters “aha” moments when folks say “I never thought of it that way before.” These moments happen from skill development and systems understanding and, like good wine, require time from incubation to activation.
Along with individual coaching by our seasoned facilitators, there are small group teleconference calls that give an opportunity to debrief and reinforce learning in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
All sessions begin Wednesday evening with check-in, welcome reception, dinner and evening program, continues through Thursday and concludes at lunch on Friday, with exceptions noted in upcoming dates.
TLC goes to your core–you’ll feel the change after the first session. You’ll see the possibilities for the rest of your life.
