Many learning resources today explore the special talents and traits that executive women bring to the business world. They tell us women excel by exhibiting business logic, intelligence, and strength, uniquely balanced with intuition, emotional intelligence, and gentleness. We agree.
WELL™ builds on this foundation using the concepts of PatternAware™ Leadership. WELL helps you discover how your individual beliefs and behaviors create the patterns that become your personality. WELL is led by women, and for women, who want to effect positive change and transformation in their own lives, as well as at work and in the world. And unlike women’s programs that promote an “us against them” mentality, the emphasis in WELL is on the WE, encouraging you to effect positive change through a partnership approach with your male colleagues.
Results you can expect:
- Learn how the business ceiling is created, driven by stereotypical thinking and can be easily broken by self-awareness and personal choice.
- Learn the essential skills to influence colleagues in creating an inclusive work environment that transcends male/female stereotypes.
- Understand the differences between the genders in the business environment.
- Assess your strengths and challenges so you can enhance your leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Create an action plan that moves you into a world of possibilities and opportunity.
Using our exciting PatternAware™ Leadership wisdom and insight, WELL will help you transform yourself, your work, and your world from the inside out.
