Studies show that having E.I. (Emotional Intelligence) and being P.A (Pattern Aware) are two of the most important skills people need to succeed in the 21st Century. However, they cannot be acquired unless administrators, teachers, and parents actively work to teach and model the building of trust-worthy relationships.
"Leadership for the 21st Century" is a program for School District Administrators and Faculty and it is approved by Pennsylvania Department of Education for Act 45 (Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership Program--PIL), and Act 48 Continuing Professional Development for Teachers and we can work with educators in other states to seek your state Department of Education approval for continuing education.
